To develop the professional knowledge and skills of students on the Office Management and Executive Assistantship Programme within the Office Services and Secretarial Studies Department at Tokat Vocational College, to link their theoretical knowledge with practical application, and to enable them to observe current developments in the business world first-hand, an event entitled ‘Technical Visit to Tokat Technopark by Students of the Office Management and Executive Assistants Programme’ is being organised.
As part of the event, it is intended that our students gain a close-up understanding of the working environments of businesses operating within Tokat Technopark, their technology and innovation-focused practices, their corporate operations and their digitalisation processes. Furthermore, the aim is for them to gain an awareness of the role and importance of office management, executive assistance, corporate communication, organisation, information and document management, and digital office applications in professional life.
It is expected that the technical visit will contribute to our students’ professional development, support them in gaining sector-specific experience, guide their career planning, and help strengthen the University-Industry partnership.
