Regarding Exemption and Credit Transfer Procedures for Students Transferring from Other Institutions

Students who have transferred to our Department’s Office Management and Executive Assistantship Programme via lateral transfer may apply for exemption from courses they have previously taken at their former higher education institution.

According to the academic calendar for the 2026–2027 academic year, the deadline for submitting an application for exemption is Friday, 2 October 2026.

1. Certified academic transcript (e-Government or OBS)
2. Course Contents
3. If not included on the transcript: a document confirming the internship status

Course Exemptions

ARTICLE 10 – (Amended: Official Gazette – 29 June 2015 – 29401)

(1) Students who enrol at our University may apply for exemption from courses they have previously taken and passed at other higher education institutions. Such applications, submitted within two weeks of the start of the academic term, shall be assessed and decided upon by the relevant administrative board.
