Application Dates: 13 July 2026–16 July 2026
Date of Results Announcement: 20 July 2026 (You can track the results via the lateral transfer application module.)
Final Enrolment Dates: 21 July 2026 – 22 July 2026
Reserve Enrolment Dates: Will commence on 24 July 2026. (Reserve candidates will be announced up to the quota.)

The student bears full responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate statements made during the application process. For grade conversions, the conversion tables determined by the Higher Education Executive Board shall be used.

2) Lateral Transfer via the Central Placement Score (Annex 1)
Application dates: 1 August 2026–15 August 2026
Date of notification of results: 21 August 2026 (You can check the results via the lateral transfer application module.)
Final Enrolment Dates: 24 August 2026 – 25 August 2026
Reserve Enrolment Dates: Will commence on 27 August 2026. (Reserve candidates will be announced up to the available quota.)
PROGRAMMES ACCEPTING STUDENTS
ASSOCIATE DEGREE PROGRAMMES
Students currently enrolled at higher education institutions – including those in foundation year, intermediate years and final year – who wish to transfer using the central placement threshold score and have not previously benefited from this provision may apply ONLINE with the documents specified below.
